I confirm that I want to request deletion of my HisaabSahi account and associated data. I understand that information that must be retained under applicable law may be kept for the required period.

Security check: HisaabSahi sends the OTP only to the registered mobile number. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, payment PIN, card PIN, password or recovery code by email.

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent after the applicable cancellation period. Save anything you may need first.

Account and profile information is removed as applicable.
Ledger, transaction and billing records associated with the account are deleted, subject to lawful retention.
Customer, supplier, inventory and staff records stored under the account are removed where applicable.
Some information may be retained for tax, accounting, legal, security, fraud-prevention, audit or dispute-resolution requirements.

Prefer the app?

The fastest route is inside HisaabSahi:

Settings → Account → Delete Account
Confirm by entering DELETE.
The account enters a 7-day deletion-pending period.
You can cancel during that period.

What happens next?

Your registered mobile is verified first. You then select a deletion reason and confirm your request. The deletion request is submitted securely to HisaabSahi.

About your reason

Your reason is included in the support request so the HisaabSahi team can understand account cancellations. You may choose “Prefer not to say”.

Permanent action: completed deletion may not be recoverable. Export or save information you need before requesting deletion.
